About

Chaskee takes its inspiration from the outdoor prowess of the sun-worshipping Inca runners called "Chasquis". These royal messengers quickly traversed the dramatic distance between the Andes Mountain heights and the glistening blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Chaskee pioneered the use of the neoprene visor as a central component for making comfortable and functional outdoor headwear. Whether for hiking, running, surfing, canoeing or racquet sports, Chaskee headwear effectively and comfortably provides protection from the sun and rain and enables one to always look, feel and perform his or her best. Chaskee products are designed in California and tested in Switzerland, according to the most rigorous standards of quality, style and functionality. Chaskee is aligned with the Swiss-based non-profit organization called the "Energee Association" which instigates and oversees a variety of human enhancement efforts, ranging from paying for the medical insurance for our workers to funding the digging of water wells in outlying villages. Chaskee's UV protection is very high thanks to the double or single Nylon microfiber construction.
Our bestsellers have been tested by Intertek with a UV50+ result, for the other styles we are using the same material as tested.
Sun and UV Protection: At Chaskee we do a lot of efforts to use functional and protective fabrics to effectively and comfortably protect our customers from the sun. We use double layers of light microfibers to achieve the highest UV80 protection. Chaskee headwear enables one to always look, feel and perform his or her best, whether hiking, running, surfing, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, jogging etc.
Social Commitment:
Chaskee is socially committed and we are aligned with the Swiss-based non-profit organization Energee Association, which initiates and oversees a variety of human enhancement efforts in the states of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh in India. Projects range from funding the digging of water wells, installations of water pumps and pipelines, restructuring schools, installing solar panels and lights, placing playgrounds in outlying tribal villages and more.
